We are a small, but perfectly formed, boutique catering outfit serving private & corporate clients throughout the Zurich area. Our Chef

Owner and head chef Michael Goguen is known by clients and friends alike for cooking from the heart. With Melt, Mike combines his generous and creative spirit with his passions for food, wine and travel to dream up innovative yet unpretentious, down to earth cooking. While Mike has traveled the world and trained as a Le Cordon Bleu chef, he is most at home in your kitchen and in any intimate setting where can bring people together through the magic of honest, delicious food.
