Owner and executive chef Michael Goguen is known by clients and friends alike for cooking from the heart. With Melt, Mike combines his generous and creative spirit with his passions for food, wine and travel to dream up innovative yet unpretentious, down to earth cooking.

Melt doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all approach. Being small works in our favor. It means our ideas are entirely bespoke to you and our ingredients are always lovingly prepared and perfectly fresh. And it guarantees a more personal service, ensuring you get exactly the experience you wished for.
